What is a percentage of commissions?
I have a web design studio and graphic and I'm hiring a marketing assistant for clients e-mail and respond to ads for me, on a commission basis. As an example, which typically charge between $ 150 – $ 200 for a logo and $ 300 – $ 400 a website. What is a good percentage to give my assistant?

Personally I would up to 20% to start and I do not care and 50% later if business is so good I want to see you more as a business partner.
