How would you suggest to contact public relations firms, talent agencies, movie studios, coordinator of the event?

Well, I think promoting a strong and relevant would be the biggest goal of the accounts and make an appointment with the buyer for each company to 11:30 am or 12:00 noon and bring some food samples to taste the food. (I once did a promotion (not in the food industry) by incorporating music (Dean Martin version of "When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza, That's Amore"), grape juice, pizza and red-checked tablecloth and 12 companies design of the city – was a great success and I have more than an hour from a time value with each company to make my presentation.) Another idea to reach a large number customers is to organize a food tasting event and invite all your prospects (ask them to confirm their attendance, reminding them that the day before the event and hope only 15 to 20% of your total guest list to appear). For a movie studio to change your caterer needs to be able to wow. Make sure you provide a price sheet of the samples they bring (like a package that includes what you do and what prices are for what you do, minimum orders, lead times lead, etc.).
