I bought a Dell Zino. full screen video is left? What should I do?

I bought this Dell Zino on Amazon a few weeks. It http://www.amazon.com/Dell-Inspiron-Desktop-Windows-Premium/dp/B002QEBH7S/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1268605879&sr=8-1 works great for normal applications and web browsing. However, the video display is a problem. If I watch Hulu and YouTube, the FPS drops dramatically and stays if you look at fullscreeen. Watch in a small window is not a problem. Viewing videos on my hard drive is not a problem unless the videos are in 720p, and then left for themselves. What should I do? I expected more from a device marketed to be a fully functional HTPC with HDMI and HD capabilities. Is the video card, or just driver problems?

It seems that your video card is not up to the challenge. The video card has no onboard memory so you must use memory RAM of the machine. VERY VERY basic requirements for Windows 7 is 1 GB of RAM. However, when you're streaming video to a video card without its own dedicated memory, which really would have 4 GB. Upgrade your RAM and see if that helps.
