sue the company for false advertising?
I worked for a company that was a Seo (Search Engine Optimization), the company had all telemarketers call companies at random throughout the U.S. told if they signed up for our service would be able to put them in position to show in yahoo and google. (((Show media when in yahoo search or google and search for a business … let's say a pet groomer … would type in "groomer Pet "and the top 3 ads I see are the cabinet positions))) now I really did was just put into the database of yahoo and google, where such time if you went to page 4 or 5 can see …. crazy eh? and so I was wondering how I could get in trouble for them to stop lying! could i sue them for advertising misleading? What is your opinion?
SI and a great IF you can get all the old customers together to file a class action can then be able to get compensation, but nothing as charged as they were not prejudiced by his shirt in any way.
