how to increase my business scrapbooking?

I have been an "independent consultant" for a direct marketing company scrapbooking. I'm not a and post-sale, and since very few of my friends are already in scrapbooking, it is hard for me to get business. I started thinking about quitting, But in a last effort made under paid search advertising. (I have a company provided by the online presence, but not allowed to choose their own keywords and drive traffic to their site were free of their existing customer base.) I received a few bites of this, but not enough to justify the expense. I have also tried to hold more events of crops and for my clients, but so far, nobody has come. I'm looking for some good "hot call" ideas or ways to get to scrapbookers – without much investment. any ideas out there?

I'm like you, not a sales person-y. If not for the Internet and search engines, I would have no sales because I do not like that aspect of business. But occasionally I get stuck doing a fundraiser. Prepare starter kits in a bag nice and hit those who have come to buy things for their children. Tell them this is all they need to make a special page without an enormous commitment. Also have to buy some to give Christmas presents to friends and family. Unfortunately, this is big business for the parent company, since it does not take the risk – you do. I hope you forgive me for saying this, but if sales do not have and is not an aggressive person, this is not the right line of work for you. Maybe you can at least be able to recover investment. .
