Is Web Design / Development worth full-time career / job?
Hi, I am a web designer w / some skill development that has been unable to find steady work in the field. I have had several contract positions perm.It but I think people are thinking that most of This paper web is a cake and all that remains to make money are the web applications. Im am trying to find out if your courage to go back to school and learn more basic skills (Sql, programming, etc. (I do not want to be caught writing content management stupid or blogs, with for me is just redundant, reuse or for the intranet that can be done in 2 months, not worth being there, even for work on general 40hrs.Web all over the place (I have seen ads for webmaster requiring HTML and another that sets the Java (completely different) others want Seo design, high end, some encoding / a design, I in Florida, I know there might be something to do with it, and moved to a larger market (New York / Los Angeles) could offer more. Not sure where to go from here?
