How ca I can get work permit for the UK? I work in the UK. I have 5 years experience in Search Marketing.?

I MBA graduate, I have 5 years experience of Seo, Google Adwords, and SMO. I am even certified Google Analytics. I get a work permit valid for the United Kingdom. What should I do to get permission?
