How could I write a compelling marketing message for use in Email Marketing?
I am working as Web Marketing Consultant a web solutions company, Arabic, so I have to write a message for use in email marketing … and I would like if you have an example of these messages … thanks
I am a seller of e-mail from a financial analysis firm. We offer investment and trading educational products and services individuals and large financial institutions. As someone said below, email marketing can not be taught in this short space and time, but I to share some of the things that have been successful for me and my company. DRIVERS GETTING Before writing a mail message powerful, it is necessary: 1) have a hearing and 2) understand their motivations (they know what they want). So you should get a mailing list. You can buy, but almost ready to buy always expensive and often saturated (Sent by email so often that they become value). Instead, we have a lead generation program, in which we offer a free product (a 20-50 page ebook – something like that) to download. All we ask in return is an email address. We have a "Double opt-in" [to look up if you are unfamiliar] method of generating opportunities to ensure our list is kept highly qualified and clean. If you do not want our emails, we do not want to get them, the bottom line. Without explaining too much detail we found that our rates delivery increased when we ensure that only send to people specifically tell us they want our stuff. If you click on the "Spam" when the email, this hurts delivery rates to other people who really want our messages. MARKETING MESSAGE Ok, now you have a list (The audience) must decide how to market your product / service. There are several methods of success, but via email, copy time approach sales letter in my opinion is better. This is what we have been doing with great success lately. We have a very compelling craft, "you"-centered (emotional event if), the word 500-1000 e-mail message that focuses solely on getting a CLIC. This message is NOT designed to sell your product, but is designed only for people to want to learn more about it, ie, click a link to your long copy sales letter landing page. Once users click on the page, you should see the current date (no HTML codes are easy to facilitate this), but provides a subtle but important sense of legitimacy. Also should see similar images by email (same logo, same copy style, same color, etc.. – What you should know at once that are in the right place) high-qualified buyers to the best paid (high retention rates) and repeat customers, so do not be afraid to share EVERY MINUTE DETAIL (no matter how small or insignificant that I think may be) – and I mean EVERYTHING! I've seen the success of long copy sales letter pages run anywhere from 5000 words to 20,000 words (a general guideline is: the greater the commitment, the longest and most detailed of the copy.) Readers should be immediately engaged in a message designed specifically for them, for example … …. September 3, 2009 Greetings active stockbroker, This message is all about you. Subscribe – It's risk free for 30 days Warmest regards, YOUR NAME position your company … But DO NOT make the letter all sources with each huge blocks of copy. Breaking with the larger copy, captions in bold, use images of people using your product along with "cutting lines" to describe what is in the images (real images are preferred, the actions are acceptable), show the product itself, include a short letter in a sidebar of the creator of the products / director about what they offer, how it was created, why it was created, etc. THIS IS IMPORTANT: Provide direct action into the box along the back, not only at the end. Some sellers prefer use long copy sales letters directly into the email, but this multistep process (e-mail short> time sales letter copy> process purchase) has been the most effective for me. I think because either optimize each step for a very specific purpose: – Email goal is to gain credibility, qualify suit and get the click target – long copy sales letter is to strengthen the confidence of getting readers to your website, share details about your product, share testimonies of their existing customers to tell readers how it has eliminated the risk of trying your product and then facilitate an order. – Process payment must be as clean, simple and fast as possible. Take your money and get out of the way – remove anything that could create someone to put in the box process. – As soon as the purchase process is completed (Not before), tell people about similar products
