I believe the four most important factors related to the SEO (especially related to Google) are generating high inbound links quality to your site, which has a mighty name, keyword relevant domain, the proper use of title tags and optimize the page content. 2. My husband works for Google. You can get a degree at any university in computer science or similar, in the upper class and have good references and recommendations, then get an interview with Google. That's your best chance. They do not hire people who have not graduated of the university.
