What are some cost effective ways to market my business online?

I have a jewelry business and want to promote your online .. especially through Facebook to online businesses or individuals. What are some other ideas of how to make my mark and the product in front of more people on the Internet profitably? I was considering the creation of networks – your thoughts? Thanks in advance!

I have a website that is doing well, but I can always do better. I've promoted locally and using Google AdWords and have submitted the site of several etc, but I need more help to build it to appear on search engines etc. I recently had a lot of phone calls from companies offering their services flashy for £ 100 a month which is far and I do not trust them fully, because have a bad reputation once I've google the name of the business. All I want is someone to help with keywords, search engines, etc. The site is well designed and has a good design so that isn't a problem, but I just need help with all the technical bits and I have limited skills, but understanding some of the basics.
