What should my boss pay me to do Internet Marketing / web site maintenance from home?

My boss asked me with a number to do the following from home: "Google AdWords and Yahoo! Constant Contact ADS-weekly newsletters and gathering new email addresses consultation on the development of our new website, plus site maintenance (updates, promotions, etc.), contact with travel agencies / business to try to get corporate accounts group and this is a small hotel. What is a fair monthly fee for all this work?
